TARIFFS & Shipping to the USA – Currently we are suspending shipping to the US to avoid additional costs to our customers at customs – the situation is always evolving, so please stay up to date with our policies.
Average processing times are 2-4 weeks, due to products being made to order, however during sales and new releases these processing times may be extended.
Liinas Paper Plans are not liable for any customs, duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order by your country’s border services. Please be aware, all fees, duties, tariffs and taxes after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Liinas Paper Plans is not liable for any damages or loss of products during shipping, however please contact us in the case your order has experiences issues during transit and we can work with your country’s postal service to find a possible solution.
returns & Cancellations
Digital products cannot be returned/ refunded once downloaded.
For non-digital products we currently do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds, however if there are any issues with your order please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
